How to Prepare

Matcha is traditionally enjoyed with only water. Add 1 tsp matcha to 50ml warm but not boiling water (70-80°C). Whisk for 15-30 seconds in a W (zig-zag) motion. Add another 150ml warm water after whisking and enjoy!

For a matcha latte, add 1 tsp matcha to 50ml warm but not boiling water (70-80°C). Whisk for 15-30 seconds in a W (zig-zag) motion. Pour over 150ml of your choice of milk (preferably non-dairy milk) and enjoy hot or iced!
